Why healthcare analytics?
Many policy and operational decisions require information on outcomes — data that our analysts access and interpret. Health analysts study clinical, claims, patient and research data. Our analysis of electronic health records can improve the quality and lower the cost of healthcare while reducing the time it takes to translate research results into practice.

We aim to serve all faculty, staff, residents and students to improve the quality and long-term success of scientific research. We also work with surrounding hospitals and partners in the Hampton Roads community. We perform a range of services for research support.
