EVMS employees may use the Payroll Portal to update specific personal information — which EVMS uses for contact and emergency purposes — including mailing address, phone number or emergency contact information.

Please note: W-2 forms will be sent to the mailing address listed in the Payroll Portal. Failure to update your address may delay the receipt of your W-2 form. If you have moved, please update your mailing address as soon as possible.

Follow these steps to update your personal information in the Payroll Portal:

  1. Log into EVMS myPortal.
  2. Select “Payroll Portal” from My Resources on the right side of the page.
  3. Log onto Sumtotal.
  4. Select “Personal” from the tab headings.
  5. Select “Mailing Name and Address” from the Personal Information options.
  6. Update your address.
  7. Save the information using the “Save” icon on the bottom left of the page.

W-2 forms are also accessible for three years on the ADP website.
