In December 2017, Marcial Sanchez Romero was electrocuted in an accident, resulting in the loss of his arms. After working with Dr. Beverly Roberts-Atwater, Associate Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at EVMS, Marcial received myoelectric hands.
