Prior to conducting independent flow experimentation, all Flow Core users are required to attend one training session for instruction by facility staff.
Users should read through any supplementary training materials provided in the “Training resources section” prior to their training.
Users are responsible for preparing and providing their own samples, although staff is available to provide technical support in experimental design, sample preparation, and setting up the instrument.
Following this instrument-specific training, users should be able to perform flow experiments independently. However, staff is always available to answer questions and provide aid.
For more in-depth aid, the Flow Core may charge an additional “Assisted Acquisition” fee. Please schedule your training session in advance of your needs. Training will be scheduled based on staff availability.
