The Center for Comprehensive Care of Immune Deficiency (C3ID) was founded in June of 1994. The goal of C3ID is to provide care for HIV-infected persons who are uninsured, underinsured, or otherwise without access to care throughout Southeastern Virginia. To meet this goal, C3ID participates in Federal HRSA Ryan White (RW) CARE Act Part B grants, Ryan White CARE Act Part A grants, and Ryan White CARE Act Part C grants.
