Please follow these steps to apply to become a PA Preceptor.
1. Complete the Preceptor-Site Assessment Form.
2. Complete Preceptor Orientation: We have assembled a brief orientation video and resource materials to walk you through our program expectations, supervision guidelines, safety protocols, and best practices for educating future PAs.
Carefully read the preceptor handbook, quick reference guides, and any additional materials (e.g., safety policies, student evaluations, etc.) to fully understand your role and expectations.

3. Attest to Orientation Completion: After watching the video and reviewing the documents, please complete this attestation form to confirm you have read and understood the orientation materials.
4. Vetting and Scheduling Students: After you have completed your orientation and attested to reviewing all required materials, the program will review your credentials to ensure that you meet our standards for precepting.
Following this vetting process, we will initiate or finalize a formal affiliation agreement with your site or institution, confirming the terms for hosting our students. Once the agreement is executed, we can proceed to schedule PA students for their clinical experiences at your facility.
