How to complete the application
Complete and submit the HAMPCAS online application along with the $115 application fee for the fall semester. The application opens August 26 and priority consideration will be given to applications received by March 1. Admission offers are made by April 16 to the priority applicants. If the cohort is not full by April 30, the application will remain open until August 8 at the latest. Application fees are non-refundable, so please check the minimum qualifications before submitting your application.
For US students
- Submit a personal statement, a resume/CV, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
- Essay topic: Describe how the Healthcare Administration (M.H.A.) degree will enhance your professional goals.
- Provide official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
- All transcripts and letters of recommendation must be received and verified by the HAMPCAS system before your application can be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
- Transcripts must be sent to HAMPCAS only. HAMPCAS only accepts electronic transcripts from Parchment and National Student Clearinghouse. If your school does not offer either of these services, your transcript must be sent via mail. Please use the information below to send your transcripts.

For international students

- Send your Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) to HAMPCAS, using the TOEFL School Code: B589
- Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. Ensure the degree conferral date is listed on the awarding institution’s transcript.
- In cases where a non-U.S. grading system has been used, a course-by-course evaluation report must be provided by one of the following services:

- Educational Credential Evaluators
- If the academic institution that you attended does not issue documents in English, the credentialing agency will require that you submit a word-for-word translation of your transcripts. You can contact University Language Services to submit your transcripts for translation and instruct them to send the translated transcript to the credentialing agency you choose.
- HAMPCAS will ONLY accept the evaluation report from the credentialing agency. Do not send your foreign transcript to HAMPCAS.
- All foreign transcript evaluations from the credentialing agency must be sent directly to HAMPCAS at either of the following addresses:
