No. The dissertation mentor is selected at the end of the first year of studies. Laboratory rotations will assist the student in choosing an adviser.

If accepted into the program, students will receive a competitive stipend of $30,800 per year for 2024-2025, and all tuition and fees will be waived. Health insurance is available for matriculated students.
