EVMS Commencement is a joyous and memorable time for our graduates, their families and friends.
We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of your graduate at Commencement Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 10 a.m. EDT at Norfolk Scope, 201 E. Brambleton Avenue. The ceremony typically lasts two to three hours and will honor the graduating class of 2022 as well as returning alumni from the classes of 2020 and 2021. Graduates may bring as many guests as they would like. No tickets required for entry.
Doors open for general admission at 8:45 a.m. and the ceremony begins promptly at 10 a.m. EDT. The doors are accessible on the plaza level. Please arrive early to complete all safety and public health requirements upon entry. All guests will be subject to physical and visual inspections, bag checks and/or wanding which will delay entry.
Our current COVID-19 guidance does not require masking, proof of vaccination or a negative test result to attend Commencement exercises; however, please be advised that our masking policies may change with limited notice. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to navigate the pandemic and keep our community members safe during this time of celebration.
