Dr. Byron obtained her Medical Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond, Virginia in May 2018. She went on to complete her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio in June 2022.

Dr. Byron is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics. She has received several honors and awards including receiving the Chief Resident Intern Mentorship Award, Courage to Teach Society Inductee and Gold Humanism Society Outstanding Teacher Award, just to name a few.  Dr. Byron is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, published a peer-reviewed article and presented at national meetings.
