Morgan graduated from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA in 2014 with a Dual Degree Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Psychology.  She, then, received a Masters in Business and Commercial Law from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA in 2015.  She received her M.D. degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA in 2019.

Morgan completed her residency in OB/GYN at the University of Utah Health in Salt Lake City, UT in June 2023.  During her time at EVMS, she worked to create a medical-legal partnership between the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters and Regent University School of Law, to connect at-risk patients and families in need of affordable legal aid with law school faculty to provide pro-bono work.  Morgan begins her MFM fellowship training at EVMS in August 2023.
