Laura S. Maloney , MS, LPC

Laura Maloney is an EVMS graduate, Class of 2000.  She has a background in multiple settings including residential, day treatment, in home, outpatient levels of care.  Shis currently, works FT for Optima Employee Assistance Program and people of all ages with a focus on the adult population.  Clinical research and areas of expertise include stress, nutrition, holistic approaches to health and wellness.  She has worked with EVMS in various capacities including both on site and off site ATR supervisor, thesis advisor and as adjunct/ community faculty. She truly enjoys teaching and being a part of the academic lives of current students. Her goal is to promote enthusiasm and curiosity regarding the profession and strives to reflect that through teaching.
