Dr. Karotkin joined the staff of CHKD 35 years ago, recognizing the potential of this hospital to grow and thrive along with the relatively new Eastern Virginia Medical School.
Dr. Karotkin is a professor of pediatrics at EVMS, medical director of the Resource Mothers Program at CHKD and chief medical officer of The Assist Group. He is married and has three children.
