As of Friday, Feb. 28, 2020, the CDC has issued Level 3 Warning; Avoid Nonessential Travel for the following countries:

  • China
  • South Korea
  • Italy
  • Iran

Travel to these countries will not be approved by EVMS until the CDC Warning Level is reduced. All previously approved travel on behalf of EVMS to any of these countries is now cancelled.

As the situation with Covid-19 is changing rapidly, it is highly likely that additional countries will be added to the list of restricted travel. Any international travel plans should be carefully monitored and you should be prepared to postpone or cancel such travel if necessary, based on the CDC warning level.
