The Office of the General Counsel provides advice and services to Brock VHS on a wide variety of legal issues including litigation, employment and equal opportunity, federal and state regulatory compliance, policy development and interpretation, purchasing and sales of goods and services, real estate and other legal matters.
Institutional Compliance Office
The Institutional Compliance Office is a unit within Compliance whose mission is to ensure that our institution maintains the highest standards of ethical conduct in its education and research activities. Our office works closely with Internal Audit to ensure that all functional areas of the institution are in compliance with laws, rules, regulations and Policies.

The Office of Compliance is a unit within the OGC whose mission is to ensure that Brock VHS maintains the highest standards of ethical conduct in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and Policies. Further, the Office of Compliance works closely with Internal Audit to ensure that all functional areas of the institution are in compliance with laws, rules, regulations and Policies.
