Stacy R. Purcell, JD, MHA serves as Senior Associate Vice President & General Counsel. Ms. Purcell received her law degree from the University of Richmond and health administration degree from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University.
Ms. Purcell oversees the Office of the General Counsel, which provides legal support to, and compliance oversight for, departments, centers, institutes, divisions, programs and offices.
