Payroll Portal login instructions  

User ID:  EVMS employee id number (found on the front of your badge)

Your Password: will be whatever you set it to, or if this is your first time logging in, your temporary
password.

Password reset instructions

  1. Click the “forgot password” link on the Payroll Portal landing page. 
  2. Enter your User ID (EVMS employee number)
  3. Enter your EVMS email address
  4. Hit submit: Once you have selected the Submit button, you will receive an email from romadm@evms.edu which
    has ‘Accero Self Service Password Assistance’ in the subject line and contains a link to reset your
    password. 

Paystubs

  1. Once logged into the payroll portal, get your paystubs by selecting “Personal” (found in the upper left of the screen).
  2. Then come down about 4 inches on the lower left, and select “Personal Information.”
  3. This will expand, and you will see a heading called “Pay Statement History” which you will need to select.
  4. You will then see all of your pay stubs which can be viewed individually and printed by copying & pasting into a Word document or using the print screen function on the keyboard. 

Changing Banking info

  1. Once you’ve logged into the portal, click on “Personal” (found in the upper left of the screen).
  2. Then come down about 4 inches on the lower left, and click on “Personal Information.”
  3. This will expand, and you will see a heading called “Direct Deposit” which you will need to select next.
  4. Click on the edit icon (note pad/pencil picture) to the left of the “Final Net Pay” (bottom row) to open the banking information for the direct deposit, and enter the updated banking information (bank routing number and account number).
  5. You may also update your address in the Payroll Portal.
