From the center's home in EVMS's Harry T. Lester Hall, our scientists will expand research into new diagnostic and therapeutic tools. Studies at the center will vastly improve a physician's ability to find the best course of treatment for each patient.
Our researchers are working to develop new tools that will improve lives in Hampton Roads and beyond. Success means improved care for the more than 1.5 million people in the U.S. — 34,000 in Virginia — who will find out this year that they have cancer.
