Library Instruction
The
Brickell Medical Sciences Library provides access to a variety of
resources to meet the needs of the faculty, staff, and students of EVMS:
- Print
and electronic books and journals
- Electronic
databases
- An
ever-widening selection of journals available electronically
- Document
delivery and interlibrary loan services
- A
computer classroom well-equipped for teaching hands-on
computer-based lessons
To help you make the most of these and other resources available through
the library, librarians with extensive training in the use of a wide
variety of databases and resources are available for
- Individual
or group hands-on training sessions to learn how to most effectively
use the library databases and resources, including Internet search
engines.
- Individual
or group tours of the library to help you navigate the four floors.
- Individual
or group instruction sessions to learn more about the services
available through the library.
