Sidney S. & Odie B. Kellam Scholarship

History

Established in 1992 by Virginia Beach Federal Savings Bank, the Sidney S. & Odie B. Kellam Scholarship award recognizes Sidney  Kellam's distinguished services as a member of the original Board of Commissioners of EVMS and as the first Chairman of the Board of Humana Hospital/Bayside and his lifelong interest in the areas of health care and education. 

Criteria

The scholarship will be awarded annually to a student based on financial need and academic excellence.
