Steps to Complete

 

For each type loan:

  1. Complete Entrance Counseling
  2. Complete Master Promissory Note
  3. For Grad PLUS, complete Grad PLUS Request (credit check)

 

If denied Grad PLUS:

  1. Request appeal to determine why denied
  2. Check credit report used
  3. Correct problem if possible
  4. Apply with endorser if correction not possible
  5. May need to complete a new MPN and endorser addenda after approval of endorser.
