Sending Presentations

Many slide presentations are large and should be sent to our .ftp site rather than traditional e-mail.  Below are the simple instructions to send your presentations to EVMS-CME.

1. Go to the website:  http://sendit.evms.edu.

2. Enter the email address of your recipient: 

• watersad@evms.edu (conference presentations)

• cliffoko@evms.edu (grand rounds presentations)

3. Click the BROWSE button and select the file you want to send.  Click “Open.”

4. Enter your email address.

5. Enter a short message, if you want.

6. Key in the code from the black rectangle box.

7. Click the “Send Now” button.

If you have any problems sending your presentation, please e-mail the appropriate CME Coordinator at the e-mail listed above.
