Disclosure of Interests

In accordance with EVMS Office of Compliance Policy, EVMS employed faculty shall, within thirty (30) days of hire and annually thereafter, upon request of EVMS, disclose all Interests, including those of Covered Family Members, using the current Annual Disclosure form.

 

 Compliance Reporting/Anti-Retaliation

All members of the EVMS community have an responsibility to report, in good faith, concerns about actual or suspected activities that are in violation of laws, regulations, EVMS Policy and/or the EVMS Code of Conduct.  Further,  EVMS will not tolerate acts or threats or retaliation against any individual who desires to make a report, has made a report, or is a witness in any ensuing investigation.
